This absorbing story deals with an episode in the life of two great men. It tells of Henry M. Stanley's search for the great, world famous missionary-explorer-doctor David Livingstone who was believed lost or dead somewhere in the inpenetrable regions of southeast Africa. It recounts the adventures and difficulties of this search and how this meeting changed the course of Stanley's life. Later, Stanley became a great explorer himself and made valuable contributions to the better knowledge of the Dark Continent.
