Seven-year-old Eddie Wilson is a little boy who knows what he wants and goes after it. He is a born collector. He loves animals and brings them home. He is fascinated with signs and decorates his room with them. Eddie accumulates all kinds of oddments regarded by his family as junk but by himself as valuable property. Sometimes even his family has to admit that Eddie's ideas turn out well.
