This is one of the most perfect wordless books that my children and I have ever experienced. This fable lends itself really well to an adaptation in this form, and in Jerry Pinkney's masterful hands it is simply exquisite. Highly Recommend!

All the World reminds us that each day brings new places to explore, shells and boats and morning sun and feathers to find, rain to change our plans and family to share time with in the evening.  Because this book can also be sung to Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, this one is a winner and not to be missed!

Red Sings from Treetops: A Year in Colors

This book is genius: as the author gives personality and flavor to colors, the illustrator responds by catching each word of the poem and choosing just the right color and image to make it come alive.  As the reader makes the journey through the book and through the year, a different color dominates each page and season.  This book might just be a life changer, I won't ever think about colors the same way.
