Mahani Teave

Mahani Teave is an award-winning concert pianist and Rapa Nui native. Her debut album, Rapa Nui Odyssey, has held the Number 1 spot on the Billboard classical charts multiple times. She's a founder of Toki Rapa Nui, a nonprofit dedicated to the island's ecological and cultural preservation, and the subject of the documentary Song of Rapa Nui. Mahani leads the Rapa Nui School of Music and the Arts and lives on the island.
